Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 9-inch cake pan.
Blend Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together mashed avocado, eggs, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, combine ground flaxseed, cocoa powder, almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
Combine & Fold in Chocolate Chips: Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
Bake: Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool & Serve: Let cool before slicing.
