
Healthy Chocolate Cake
A moist, naturally sweetened chocolate cake made with avocado, maple syrup, almond milk, cocoa, flaxseed, and almond flour, baked into a rich but wholesome dessert with dark chocolate chips folded into the batter.

Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado mashed
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup maple syrup or honey
- ½ cup almond milk (or regular milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup ground flaxseed
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¾ cup almond flour (or oat flour)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 9-inch cake pan.
- Blend Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together mashed avocado, eggs, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, combine ground flaxseed, cocoa powder, almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine & Fold in Chocolate Chips: Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool & Serve: Let cool before slicing.
