This quick air fryer granola mixes hearty oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruit, then toasts them in just 7–8 minutes for a crisp, golden, lightly sweetened blend. With coconut oil and maple syrup for richness and a fast, hands‑off cook time, it’s an easy, wholesome breakfast or snack that stays fresh for up to three weeks.

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats (organic)
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- ¼ cup pistachios
- ¼ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- ¼ cup dried cranberries (or other dried fruit)
- 3 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375℉. Line the air fryer with a piece of parchment.
- Add the oats, nuts, flax, hemp and dried cranberries and toss. Drizzle on the coconut oil and maple syrup and toss.
- Air fry for 7 to 8 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Store in a sealed container on the counter for up to 3 weeks. Enjoy with plant-based milk as desired.
