Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats (organic)
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup pistachios
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries (or other dried fruit)
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375℉. Line the air fryer with a piece of parchment.
  • Add the oats, nuts, flax, hemp and dried cranberries and toss. Drizzle on the coconut oil and maple syrup and toss.
  • Air fry for 7 to 8 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Store in a sealed container on the counter for up to 3 weeks. Enjoy with plant-based milk as desired.
