Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz ground chicken
  • 1/2 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 lb fresh baby spinach (sauteed in olive oil)
  • 4 cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
  • 1 cup grated cheese (Gruyère, Gouda, Mozzarella, Parmigiano Reggiano or Provolone)
  • 3 tbsp grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • oregano or paprika to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix ground chicken with onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 portions and flatten them on parchment paper forming thin circles.
  • spread half of the circle with cream cheese, spinach, cherry tomatoes, and cheese.
  • Close forming a half moon and seal the edges.
  • Brush with olive oil and top with grated parmesan.
  • Bake at 350℉ for 20-25 minutes until golden on the outside and juicy on the inside.
