- 1 cup red lentils (soaked)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
Instructions
- Start by blending the soaked lentils with water until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and stir in olive oil, salt, dried oregano, garlic powder and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Heat up a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Spoon small dollops of the batter onto the skillet and gently spread them out into thin circles.
- Cook each side for about 2-3 minutes, until they’re beautifully golden and cooked through. Serve warm and enjoy every bite!
