Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 red apple (grated)
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400℉. Mix all ingredients until well combined, then form into links (start with 1 tbsp and adjust based on what size you prefer).
  • Bake for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • If desired, sear in a pan after baking for a little extra color and crispier edges.
