  • 1 small apple (diced – about 1 cup)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 cup dairy free milk

Instructions
 

  • Add the maple syrup to a small skillet over medium heat. Once it starts to sizzle, add the diced apples and stir. Let cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the cinnamon. Stir together and cook for 1 minutes.
  • Add in the oats and dairy free milk. Stir together and cook for 5 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and serve.
